Returns & Exchanges

At Ropa Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we have a specific return and exchange policy to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Full bottles must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items must be free of any signs of use, spraying, or tampering.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Decants - all decant orders are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
  • Opened or used full bottles.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events (unless defective).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sealed full bottles within the 7-day window. If you'd like to swap for a different fragrance or size, reach out to us via our contact page. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. 2Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. 3Ship the item back.
  4. 4Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank transfers will be refunded to the same account. Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer - we'll contact you for your account details.
